If you are not happy with you pucrchase or you changed your mind you chan ship back your purchase in the space of 14 days conting from the day you receive it. If the packet was damaged in transit you need to send us a picture before making a claim or return the product and contact us to figure out what's the best practical course of action.
If you send us back the product in original package and in the same condition will will refund you in full (except shipping cost) in the space of 10 days maximum (typically same day)
We usualy ship out in 24 Hours (same day/ next day) - We use the Irish post with Tracking so you can track when the shippment is getting into your country.
In Europe a pacjage can take 3-5 Days to be delivered for US is on average 5-7 days.
